I lost my taste for Subway a few years back, but the husband has picked up lunch from this location twice in 2 weeks and it has been great both times. Put together well ( not thrown together, which was one of the things that turned me off before). Inexpensive, tasty. Glad to have another option for lunch close to work.

Okay, so I know it's a chain... But...this Subway trumps all others. The staff is the friendliest I've ever encountered. They always make my day. The ingredients are always fresh, and there are tons of healthy options. Get the Daily Special: $5 for a 6 inch sub, chips (or cookies), and a drink! The sandwich varies depending on the day (Monday is turkey and ham...Tuesday is meatball...Wednesday is turkey...Thursday is BMT...Friday is Tuna...etc) There's also a patio so you can sit outside right on the Carrollton Streetcar line on a sunny day :) Say no to all other Subway locations. You won't find one better than this one.

5 stars for a Subway?! Yessir, this one is! I fully agree with everything that fellow Yelper Scott H. said. This is the best Subway I've ever been to. Hands down! They do indeed have the best staff imaginable. They greet you immediately upon crossing the threshold and engage you in meaningful conversation. I've exited this business laughing on many occasions! I've also entered this building early in the morning for breakfast - like as soon as they open at 7am kinda deal. They're always open on time AND fully functioning (like any business SHOULD, but I've experienced a number of Subways that do not). One cold morning in particular, I couldn't stop shivering and one of the employees noticed. As I was leaving, they handed me a small coffee "so that you can warm up, and to thank you for your business". I was floored by such a thoughtful gesture. Cleanliness is also a big factor in my reviews and this Subway location is always on point. It's practically gleaming, no matter the time of day or night. They even have outdoor seating!

Oh what a difference employees make as the second time I come here I get a sandwich that was such a train wreck I had to throw it away. Chains are only as good as the employees they hire.

I don't expect much from Subway. What I do expect is prompt service, just like any other fast food place. I've worked customer service, specifically retail. During peak hours employees should be helping customers, not hiding in the back room or taking a break. Last night there was a single person serving three people ordering four sandwiches, barely able to keep up and keep the orders straight. Just as the sandwiches come out of the toaster and get vegetables on them a second person strolls from the back to help. Where was this person when the other employee was working hard to make our sandwiches, but failing to do so in a speedy manner? Subway, learn to schedule your employees better. Don't make them wait. We go to you because it's fast. Instruct your employees to not hide while there are customers waiting.

The best subway I have ever been to. I go here at least once a week for breakfast or lunch, and they have THE BEST STAFF. The place is always clean, they engage you right when you walk in the door, and no matter how long the line is, you never have to wait too long. Exactly what I am looking for when I go to Subway.

My favorite sub club. The management team is so friendly. Walking in the door to a pleasant greeting of Hello is always nice. Love the turkey, tuna and sweat onion teriyaki chicken subs. I am always in this subway for lunch. I can enjoy a sub outside or in the restaurant. Service 5 stars Sandwich 4 stars Outdoor seating area 5 stars Cleanliness 5stars

This Subway is located in Carrollton and is very convenient. Street parking for the most part is easy and nearby. The place is clean with the normal selections. The personnel are friendly and always try to make you happy. Of course this is a place for a quick satisfying bite and not a restaurant.
